Welcome to our BCI Australia Community! To fulfill our customer service promise, BCI has created a team of dedicated Client Liaison Consultants that offer assistance and support to our members. ‘Passion’ best describes what drives this team every day to new heights of customer service.

Our Client Liaison team offers face-to-face training for all BCI members in capital cities. The team also offers 'gotomeeting training' for members in outer metropolitian areas.

The role of BCI’s Client Liaison team includes:

  • Face-to-face training of every individual member of BCI’s services, ensuring that you utilise and benefit from our services to the fullest extent.
  • Being available as a first point of contact for every BCI member.
  • Assisting your organisation in setting up specialised privileges and customising your new BCI software.
  • Supporting each BCI member to enable them to sell and service as effectively as possible.
  • Ongoing follow-up calls to stay in touch with members, to ensure optimum utilisation of our service and its benefits.
