Despite the onset of panic & confusion that came with COVID-19, businesses have largely been able to adapt & continue to operate in some form or another. Whilst the initial reaction was to cut costs (often at the expense of revenue generating activities), we did see some businesses take a different approach.

With all site visits, face-to-face meetings, product presentations and trade-shows cancelled or postponed indefinitely, options are severely limited. So, our sales teams are homebound with a laptop & telephone; how do we sell when we can’t meet our customers?
