Just a quick message to pass on some feedback. Too often we hear only the complaints of our staff, without recognition for ‘a job well done’ when appropriate. This being the case, I would just like to let you know what great service Joel D’Arcy has provided to date. Whilst the BCI product is an impressive one, ultimately it has been the service that BCI have provided (through Joel and in turn yourself) that has swayed my decision to shift over to BCI. Joel has been extremely attentive, helpful and his responses to all requests have been very timely to say the least. This personal attention and the willingness to understand our business will be critical to setting up the BCI program within our business in a way that ‘fits’ our model and ultimately dictate whether the product ‘works’ for us once we implement it. Given the service we have been given thus far I am confident of this occurring and am very much looking forward to using the BCI system to assist us in growing our business further.

I have been impressed with the support we have always received from BCI. Shannon has always been very helpful. However I thought I would take the time to advise you of my appreciation for the tremendous assistance we have recently received from Connie Giannopoulos. While it is evident to me that the BCI system is rich in content it has been difficult for me to get time & my head around it to maximize its’ potential.
