If you apply for one of our roles, you will follow our standard recruitment process.
Step One:
You will receive notification within seven days as to whether you will proceed to the interview stage. If you do not proceed to the interview stage, BCI will ask for permission to keep your details in our talent pool for future vacancies or opportunities that may interest you.
Step Two:
A BCI employee will contact you to conduct a phone interview. This is a behavioural-based interview designed to elicit your attitudes and behaviours under a range of scenarios that you are likely to encounter in your work at BCI.
Step Three:
You will be asked to attend a face-to-face interview in your local office with the hiring manager. This interview is designed to assess your technical skills for the role. It involves a practical exercise relating to the role you are applying for.
Step Four (sales only):
You will be asked to sit a psychometric assessment.
Step Five:
You will be asked to provide contact details of former managers to whom you directly reported. This is for the purposes of a professional reference.
Step Six:
If successful, you will be offered the position over the phone by a representative of BCI Careers. If you accept the offer, a written offer of employment will be immediately posted to your address.
