BCI Researchers contact architects, project managers, councils and research partners to get updates on the progress of building process. In addition to phone-based enquiries, researchers gather information via the Internet, field researchers and dedicated media monitors. Our researchers are a diverse group, including permanent part-time university students, full-time team leaders, managers and casual mature-age workers. One thing they have in common is a sense of fun, teamwork and achievement.

Name: Michael Shoolman

What do you like most about BCI? The friendly office environment is my favourite part of BCI. While the construction market continues to weaken, the BCI team plays a role in maintaining morale during this bleak economic period.
What type of person does well at BCI? A variety of people excel at BCI, and these people all possess a plethora of personal traits suiting their own research styles.
