Name: Geoff Nicholson

Position: BCI Australia webmaster and researcher

Office: Brisbane

Role: Research and report on information about construction projects across Australia to our clientele of contractors and sub-contractors. The reports are collated from online and hardcopy documentation, and interviews with relevant planning and development consultants.

I've also taken on the role of webmaster for BCI. This means keeping the website up-to-date, making it search engine friendly and bringing more potential clients to BCI. In some senses it is a corporate communication role, in others a technical role.

What do you like most about BCI? We mean business, but we also have a lot of heart. I also like the fact there is no one sterotypical BCI employee. We're a mixed bunch.

What type of person does well at BCI? A can-do attitude is important, as is the ability to pitch in and be part of the team.
